The Ivanhoe Primary School Fair is back in 2025, and it's bigger, brighter, and more exciting than ever! It’s a joyful, community-powered celebration filled with delicious food, live music, thrilling rides, and fabulous market stalls - all wrapped up in the unique spirit of Ivanhoe.
It’s more than just a great day out – it’s a way to bring our whole community together and raise vital funds that directly support the learning and wellbeing of every student at Ivanhoe Primary.
Driven entirely by passionate volunteers – parents, staff, and students – and proudly backed by generous local businesses, the Fair is a true team effort. Each year, our amazing Fair Supporters help us make magic happen, and the impact lasts long after the day ends.

The Silent Auction is now open.
Discover local restaurant vouchers, beauty and pamper packages, stylish clothing, and so much more. And don’t miss the Class Art section - where you can bid on one-of-a-kind masterpieces made by our students.
There are currently almost 200 items listed ranging from food, drink and dining vouchers, to retail, music, entertainment, health and fitness from the likes of Sage Wholefoods, Barr’d, Decca, Chirac, Extracted, Ivanhoe Meats, Core Plus, Vision PT, Anytime Fitness, Lightspace Yoga, Perform Physio, Pilates Republic and many many more! Be quick to bid for the teacher experiences such as ‘Strike a Pose on the Principal’s Harley!’
Auction closes at 4.00PM Saturday 22nd Fair Day.
Purchased items will be available for payment and collection from the Silent Auction & Raffle Stall inside the gym between 4:00–5:00 PM on Saturday 22 November 2025, following the close of the auction.
If you are unable to collect during this time, alternative arrangements can be made with the school.

Purchase Fair vouchers in advance to get a discount and save!
Pre-order your vouchers and pick them up on the day of the Fair at the Information Stand (on the Oval).
Pre-ordered voucher sales (online) open on Monday 10 November and close on Wednesday 19 November.
Fair vouchers are also available for sale on Fair Day at full price.
Note: Cash only purchases at student stalls.
